In every instance, Modular Technology, Inc. completes all engineering, architectural, and construction drawings for its buildings and their foundations. This includes all certifications, calculations and plan reviews as well as building permits by the jurisdiction authorities. As a design/build firm, we can develop pre-construction conceptual drawings in conjunction with the Owner or with the Owner's architect, or even enhance existing drawings to incorporate the benefits of our simultaneous method of construction.
