Recipient of the 2004 City of Chandler Architecture Award!
Wells Fargo at Chandler Fashion Center has emerged as the most recent
design/build success for the premier banking consortium in the southwest.
In addition to meeting the client’s stringent design/build requirements,
Modular Technology developed custom architectural features to complement
those found throughout this upscale setting.
An attractive mix of stucco and Arizona slate tile — incorporating
color palettes used throughout the Center — integrates the bank’s
exterior with the broader development. Further enhancements include a
unique metal herringbone lattice, which, beyond its clear aesthetic appeal,
serves to conceal HVAC apparatus.
Inside the facility, Modular Technology has enhanced the structure’s energy
efficiency with a generous use of indirect lighting, which works in concert
with other features to delineate the play of vertical space.
From design through delivery, Modular Technology’s acclaimed fast-track
construction realized this newest addition to the Chandler Fashion Center
in just 65 days.
