What bigger compliment exists than the Department of Building and Fire Safety asking a construction firm to build their new office? When we installed the Payson Parks & Recreation building last spring, jurisdictional authorities were skeptical of the modular structures that had been manufactured and transported all the way from Phoenix. With a critical eye, they watched as the modules were craned onto the permanent foundation and combed the site for code violations. To their astonishment, the pre-fabricated structure, with its stone and brick veneer, not only identically matched existing facilities, but it also passed inspection with flying colors. They were so impressed, they ordered one of their own!

Nestled in the pines, this administrative office space complements its wooded setting with custom stone and brick veneer, columns, canopied entryways, and decorative railings. These features also make it indiscernible from the surrounding site-built structures. And since Payson's remote, mountainous location makes site construction extremely expensive, thousands of dollars were saved by manufacturing the buildings in our Phoenix plant. Upon completion, the modules were simply transported to the site and craned onto a permanent, slab-on-grade concrete foundation. And, with great pride, officials announced that their very own Modular Technology facility indeed met all City and State construction requirements.
