Wells Fargo has selected Modular Technology as their accelerated builder of choice in Arizona with more than 60 branches built, on average, in 45 days. This means being first to capture retail banking days. Because of the success of the Arizona building model, Wells wanted to duplicate the Arizona model throughout the country. They launched a national search for Modular Technology clones and, to their dismay, found none. This confirmed the uniqueness of Modular Technology and solidified our relationship in Arizona. Each branch has a similar floor plan, but the exterior is custom to match the retail center. Exterior finishes range from slate to stucco, stone to block, and various combinations of materials. Elevations also vary creating volume with 2 stories on the banking floor, adding clerestory windows for light and shadows, and wood and metal lattice for shade and to creatively conceal roof mounted air conditioning units.
