Transitioning to the Construction Phase, we move from a consultative role to the lead on the budget, schedule, subcontractors, quality, safety, and overall project management as the General Contractor while maintaining a collaborative team environment. Through both phases open communication and a straightforward approach to the design and building process provide the quality desired within the budget and timeframe. We approach the project as a partner with the owner, the architect, the municipalities, and the subcontractors.
