Modular Technology completed two new branches for Bank of America in El Paso, Texas. The 7575 North Mesa St. branch was completed in 28 days from permit to opening the doors.

Both branches consist of 4,800 square feet of enclosed space with a 1,600 square foot drive through. The drive through was sized to accommodate horse trailers and oversized vehicles, which are prevalent in the area.

The exterior was designed as a modern interpretation of the historic adobe structures indigenous to the El Paso region. The exterior stucco finish blends with the existing architecture. Design features are low relief, taking advantage of the sharp shadows produced by high sun angles. Canopies provide shade from the intense sunlight.

The interior walls are finished with a smooth coat finish and multi-leveled soffits to give the interior space interest and differentiate the public and business areas of the space.
