With this 31,500 square-foot, K-5 charter school campus marking the expansion of the nationally renowned Chancellor Academies into Arizona, it was crucial that Modular Technology provide this client with a signature look worthy of the Florida-based organization's excellent reputation. With its impressive outdoor colonnade, dramatic bell-tower, canopied entryways, standing-seam metal roofing, and inlaid decorative tile, we did just that.

The campus'user-friendly layout encompasses 22 classrooms, a gymnasium, cafeteria, administrative offices, and a library/technology room that features floor-to-ceiling windows. Nine-foot and sixteen-foot clear-height ceilings were used throughout, and each classroom has its own restroom along with independent mechanical control of the HVAC units.

Chancellor Academies realized that by using Modular Technology's fully integrated, modular method of construction, it could develop a signature look and obtain a high-quality campus for a fraction of the cost of site construction, without sacrificing aesthetic or practical elements. And, with a rapid increase in enrollment anticipated for next year, this attractive campus was constructed to easily accommodate a 12,000 square-foot expansion already in the planning stages. We even designed all the original special systems to support double the current enrollment, ensuring a truly seamless addition next fall.
