This 5,000 square foot facility was completed in 42 days.
The exterior features faux suede limestone and stucco with a slate grigio tile veneer, corbel accents, and decorative lighting. A Spanish tile hip roof completes the southwestern architecture and further integrates this structure with its upscale surroundings.
Desert vegetation, which was carefully relocated during construction, was reintroduced to the site when construction was complete.
Because of our accelerated construction solutions, Bank of America has selected us as one of their exclusive general contractors for the southwest region.
Working with Gensler Architects, we have constructed 12 bank branches in Arizona, Texas, New Mexico, and Nevada. Eight were built in a 12-month period and completed in 28-63 days. The average time on site is 41 days for a 4,900 square foot building—individually designed to blend with the architecture of the neighborhood.
Modular Technology recently completed banks in Carefree, Phoenix and Ahwatukee, Arizona, and in El Paso, Texas.
