Modular Technology, partnered with renowned firm Leo A. Daly as the design architect, has completed over 40 banks in the Southwest for Wells Fargo. Each branch is designed to compliment the surrounding retail center while making its own unique architectural statement.

This bank features an arched standing seam metal canopy that frames the entry and transforms into a barrel vault as it wraps the building. The arch also rises to meet a floating arc which bisects the building form and exposes the structural elements. The floating steel arcs are unexpected decorative ornaments on the parapets that compliment the rectilinear shapes and provide visual diversity using form and materials.

Bright yellow perforated corrugated metal window shades float horizontally to the plane of the building between masonry block columns of smooth exposed aggregate.

In the banking area, conference room, and office, customers and employees enjoy the elegant feel of the warm wood interior and ceramic tiled floors.
