Modular Technology, partnered with renowned firm Leo A. Daly as the design architect, has completed over 40 banks in the Southwest for Wells Fargo. Each branch is designed to compliment the surrounding retail center while making its own unique architectural statement. This building's exaggerated height anchors it to the surrounding retail center. Desert colors, tones and hues found in the stone accent walls and columns are used throughout the building exterior. Lattice shade canopies cast shadows adding visual interest during the day. The angled supports on the entry roof have dual purpose: to draw the eye to the building mass and to create interesting shadows on the interior. The bold color of the standing seam metal roof identifies the building and entry. The massive stone columns compliment the entry mass.
