Even with all of its design and architectural enhancements, Wells Fargo/Norwest realized significant cost savings on this banking project, due to Modular Technology's accelerated construction timeline. This inviting bank branch, which is the cornerstone of a strip retail center, is comprised of five modules. Its numerous architectural details, including parapets, pilasters and medallions, were incorporated into the building’s design and repeated in the drive-through canopy. A contrasting trellis, anchored by rough-hewn logs, creates a unique canopy entrance to the interior’s vista windows and peaked ceilings.
