With a fast-track design/build schedule of only 45 days, Modular Technology pulled
out all the stops for this luxury home sales center. It sits on the golf
course of the City View planned community and offers our client a re-usable
and portable sales solution, without sacrificing the elegance and beauty
expected by their high-end clientele.
Nestled in the desert outside of Phoenix, the sales center’s 2,000
square-foot deck encompasses a dramatic view of the city and offsets the
exterior’s tile roofing, stone arches, viga beams, and quaint coach-lantern
lighting.
As potential homeowners pass through the dramatic canopied entryway, they
are met by marble floors, recessed lighting, and over-sized windows. The
high ceilings and abundant light accentuate the already spacious floorplan,
which includes a private reception area, dining room, kitchen, conference
room, offices, and 2 display rooms. Dark wood beams and moldings add the
final, detailed touch of elegance.
