"'Remarkable' is the best way to describe Modular Technology's performance on our Cactus View Elementary expansion project. We needed a permanent 13,000 square foot building that identically matched the existing facilities, all completed in 60 days from design to move-in. After reviewing the competition, visiting active construction sites and "kicking the tires", we selected Modular Technology for the job. I thought the schedule was too aggressive, but the company's design/build team completed the project with time to spare. And the quality of the new building is excellent—we really like the steel frame construction and concrete flooring. Best of all, we know it is going to last. It is everything we hoped for and more.
